The weekend is here, and we are excited to host you all. You are part of a big weekend of sport in Warrnambool with many events happening around town across the weekend.

Please find some information below to help you navigate your weekend.
:: Parking is available in the carpark below Aquazone (enter from Botanic Rd – bottom of the hill), above the outdoor pool on Jamieson St or on the grass behind the Swim Club rooms (enter from Jamieson St)
:: Entry to the pool is via Aquazone Front Doors only. Please do not come through the Club Rooms. (No access to the pool from here)
:: Doors open to attendees at 10:15am Saturday. Please check the site map in the program for your club seating area.
:: Swimmer room is located down the hall on the right as you enter. We encourage all swimmers to make use of this room as there is limited space on pool deck. This room will be supervised by a WSC parent for the duration of the meet.
:: You will need your own chairs. There will be seating provided for coaches only on either side of the pool.
:: Marshalling will be outside in the marquee so please ensure your swimmers have warm clothing and footwear
:: Plenty of healthy food options prepared by our cater, Louise, will be available from the Canteen as well as a BBQ firing up for lunches and Breakfast on Sunday
:: Raffles and Duck scramble tickets will be available for purchase from the foyer. Ribbons and results will also be located here
:: The spin room will have our Pop up Shops, The Lap Collective and The Splash Shop, will have all your swimming accessories covered
:: Chairs can be left in the pool hall overnight
:: Sunday morning the doors will open at 7:45am Grab yourselves a coffee and an egg and bacon roll to start your day.
:: Presentations will conclude the weekend in the Swimmer room soon after the end of the Forty Winks Freestyle Relay
:: Forty Winks Relay entries will be taken up to 1:00pm on Sunday. Teams are made up of 2 female and 2 male swimmers. As we have a number of clubs with smaller numbers, we are happy to take combined teams. See us at the Recording desk if you are interested in joining with another small club. Cash prizes. Once again, Warrnambool’s team can take the glory but not the cash!
